Type locality: Australia, off Lusitania Bay, Macquarie Island. 54°43′30″S 158°53′06″E / 54.725°S 158.885°E. Depth 102.5 m.
Holotype: NMV F53754 .
Paratypes: NMV F53753 ; NMV F53755 .
Etymology: named after Ailsa McGown Clark.
