Macornay (French pronunciation: [makɔʁnɛ]) is a commune in the Jura department in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.[3] Macornay is located 4 km from the French department capital [4]and is near many historical sites. The cities tourism attractions include many outdoor activities such as biking and hiking. The population is currently 1,008 inhabitants.
