Waycross is an unincorporated community in Jackson Township, Brown County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.[3]

The community is home to the camp and conference center of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis, which was opened in 1957.

Geography

Waycross is located at 39°18′13″N 86°20′39″W / 39.30361°N 86.34417°W / 39.30361; -86.34417, on over 400 acres (1.6 km2) on Bear Creek Road, in Jackson Township. The site is centered in a valley near the intersection of Bear Creek and Richards Roads.
