Vertical City is a planned high-rise mixed use skyscraper located in the FinTech Hub, New Town, India. Planned by WBHIDCO, the tower will be reserved for Fintech start-ups.[1]

Floors and design

The tower will have 28 floors with a height of 99.90 meters. The first two floors and fourth to ninth floors will be used as commercial and office space. The tower is entirely reserved for Fintech startups and offices. The third and tenth floor will be reserved for a food court and a service floor respectively. The rest of the floors up to 26th floor will be reserved for residential purposes. The 27th is planned to have a club and assembly while a skydeck is planned on 28th floor.[2][3]

Vertical City has won 2nd Winning Entry in Design compitition.[4]
