Tomar is a Jat clan found primarily in the Indian states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.[1][2]They are of warrior class and are one of the most powerful members of jat clan since decades. They have a total of 84 villages in UP alone, the highest off all the other jat clans. They have a large population in UP's Baghpat and Meerut districts.[1]
