Taekwondo at the 2024 Summer Paralympics will be held at the Grand Palais. This will be the second time that taekwondo was included in the Summer Paralympic Games.[1] There will be total 10 events (4 more than previous edition).[2][3][4]
Qualification
There will be total 10 events, 5 each for men and women and slots will be filled through ranking list allocation method. Top 30 athletes in each event will be qualified directly. Ranking between 1 January 2024 and 1 May 2024 will be considered. Each NPC can send maximum 1 athlete per weight category.[5]
Other 25 athletes in each weight class will be qualified through 5 Continental Qualification tournaments. Host country will get direct entry in each weight category.
