The 2021 TV Tonight Awards were the fifteenth edition of the TV Tonight Awards, presented between 10 and 12 January 2022 by the Australian television website TV Tonight. The awards are voted on by the general public in a variety of genres, recognizing excellence in television in Australia and around the world.

The 2021 awards were presented over the course of three days, with the best of 2021 announced on 10 January, the worst of 2021 announced on 11 January, and the special awards announced on 12 January.
