Sugar Factory is a 2023 Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy-drama film directed by Deepak Aras and produced by R. Girish.[1] The film stars Darling Krishna, Sonal Monteiro, Ruhani Shetty, Adhvithi Shetty and Rangayana Raghu in lead roles. The music is composed by Kabir Rafi, while the cinematography and editing were handled by Santhosh Rai Pathaje and Suresh Urs.
The film's first look was revealed on 14th February 2021, coinciding the Valentine's Day and also actor Krishna's wedding day. The film is set to release on 24th November 2023.[2]
Premise
The story of the film revolves around the pub culture as its background.[3] Arya (darling krishna) meets Adithi Bopanna (Sonal Monterio) in a pub called sugar factory in Goa on the eve of new year and both believe in no marriage no love and single life is perfect unless they propose each other in drunk state after that they realise they made a mistake and to cover this mistake they fake love story with each other as they don't wanna loose self respect among friends and this leads to serious consequences. Finally this fake love story reveals resulting a big break up in Sugar factory in front of firends and bobs the pub owner of sugar factory.
