Philippe Étienne (born 23 August 1949) is a Haitian sprinter. He competed in the men's 100 metres at the 1976 Summer Olympics.[1]
Étienne was one of the amateurs selected during Jean-Claude "Baby Doc" Duvalier's reign over Haiti, during which the then-President "simply chose his friends and other trusted soldiers, and rewarded them with a free trip to Canada".[2]
In the men's 100 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games, Étienne finished 24th in the heats.[3]
