Olumuyiwa Anthony Fashanu (born December 9, 2002) is an American football offensive tackle for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He was named the Rimington–Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2023.
College career
Fashanu attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. He committed to Penn State University to play college football.[1][2] After not playing his first year at Penn State in 2020, Fashanu played nine games in 2021 and made his first career start in the 2022 Outback Bowl.[3][4] He became the starter at left tackle in 2022.[5][6] In 2023, Fashanu was named a consensus first-team all-conference selection and the Rimington–Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year.[7]
