Oliver Charles Hughes (born 27 June 1970; Folkestone, UK) is a British entrepreneur and manager. He graduated from the University of Sussex in 1992. He headed Tinkoff Group from May 2007 to March 2022.
In March 2022, he stepped down from his positions at Tinkoff and TCS Group and relocated to reside full-time in UAE.
From April 2022 - February 2023 he advised Breeze Ventures, a fintech startup based in Singapore. [1][2]
