Nowy Majdan (Polish pronunciation: [ˈnɔvɨ ˈmajdan]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Księżpol, within Biłgoraj County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Księżpol, 9 km (6 mi) south of Biłgoraj, and 88 km (55 mi) south of the regional capital Lublin.
