The Native Village of Eek is a federally recognized Yup'ik Alaska Native tribal entity.[1]

History

In 2023, the Native Village of Eek and several other Alaska Native tribes filed a lawsuit in an attempt to block the creation of a gold mine in Southwest Alaska.[2]
