Naghan District (Persian: بخش ناغان) is in Kiar County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Naghan.[3]

After the 2006 National Census, Mashayekh Rural District, Naghan Rural District and the city of Naghan were separated from the Central District of Ardal County in the establishment of Naghan District in the new Kiar County. The district was divided into two rural districts and the city of Naghan.[3]

The census in 2011 counted 15,507 people in 3,955 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 15,957 inhabitants living in 4,695 households.[2]
