This madrasah is located next to the Kokaldosh madrasah and has a large inner courtyard. Research scientist Abdusattor Jumanazarov studied a number of foundation documents related to this madrasah and provided information related to the madrasah. The madrasah consists of many rooms, a mosque, a classroom, an inner and outer courtyard, ablution room and a beautiful dome. According to Abdusattor Jumanazarov, the madrasah was built with the funds of the Russian ruler-princess Yekaterina II. Ernazar died in Turkey while the ambassador was guiding the pilgrims on their way to Hajj.
