Kelar District (Persian: بخش کلار) is in Abbasabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kelarabad.[3]
The National Census in 2011 counted 24,645 people in 7,532 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 10,969 inhabitants in 3,645 households.[2]
