Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park or in short Shahabuddin Park (Bengali: শাহাবুদ্দিন পার্ক) is a park located in the Gulshan 2 area of Dhaka.[1] In 2008 the Lake was named Shahabuddin Ahmed lake around which in 2020 on a 9.45 acre land the park was founded.[2][3][4] The park was named "Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park" after the former chief justice and president of Bangladesh, Shahabuddin Ahmed.[3] The park houses a small gym, bookstore, prayer room and cafe.[5] The park was a part of the Green Dhaka campeign in which the main pond was cleaned and variouse trees were planted, this renovation costed €500,000 - €2,000,000.[6]
