Jody Deshawn Owens (born September 12, 1990) is an American college football coach. He is the interim head football coach and defensive coordinator for St. Augustine's University; positions he has held since 2023.[1] He also coached for Community High School, L. D. Bell High School, Montana State,[2] Nevada, Washington, Briar Cliff,[3] Pittsburg State,[4][5] and the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Bears, and Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL).[6][7] He played college football for Montana State as a linebacker.[8]
