Synopsis
The show features video clips of crimes caught on camera, cell phones etc.; Vargas interviews the crime victims, bystanders, law-enforcement officials or the videographers themselves; and a group of true-crime experts.[2] The show explores the phenomenon on how technology helps intersecting with crime in the world.[3]
