Harvey Shannon (1831 - May 14, 1906) was a doctor, state legislator, and newspaper publisher in Vicksburg, Mississippi.[1]

He was born in Nashville. He married.[2]

He was co-publisher of The Vicksburg Times. His brother F. E. P. Shannon died of Yellow Fever.[3]
