The Eurovision Young Musicians 2024 is set to be the 21st edition of the Eurovision Young Musicians. It is set to take place in the Stormen Concert Hall in Bodø, Norway, on 17 August 2024.[1][2] It is organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) alongside host broadcaster Norsk Rikskringkasting (NRK).[3][4]
Location

On 11 July 2023, the European Broadcasting Union announced on its official website that the contest would take place in the city of Bodø, Norway, during the city's role as European Capital of Culture.[3] On Twitter, the organisation confirmed that Stormen Concert Hall has been chosen as the venue in which the competition will take place.[5] This will be the second edition organised in Norway since the first one in 2000, when it was held in Bergen.[6]
Provisional list of participating countries
As of December 2023, six countries confirmed their intention to participate in the contest. Slovenia returns to the contest after being absent in the previous edition. On their Facebook post, the European Broadcasting Union announced there were ten participation slots available for broadcasters who wished to take part in the contest.[7][8]
