Eslamabad-e Kord (Persian: اسلام ابادكرد, also Romanized as Eslāmābād-e Kord; also known as Eslāmābād, Shāhābād, and Shāhābād-e Kord)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Samalqan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,360 in 326 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,311 people in 373 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,167 people in 367 households.[2]
