It was released on April 3, 2020, through Winners Circle Entertainment and Empire Distribution as the lead single from his mixtape Sleepy Hallow Presents: Sleepy for President (2020).[1][2] Produced by Great John, the song features an interpolation of "Deep End" by American singer-songwriter Fousheé,[3] in which later she was accredited as the second performer of the song.[4] The song is the first charting song on the Billboard Hot 100 for both artists, peaking at number 80. It went viral via TikTok.[5]
