Ethnic groups

The main ethnic groups in Cyprus are Greeks and Turkish people. Turkish Cypriots 142,000 (18%), Maronites 4,940 (0.6%), Armenians 2,600 (0.3%), Latins (Roman Catholics) 900 (0.1%) and Roma 620-650 (0.08%) are the main minorities.[2]
