Crno is a village in the Novi Vinodolski municipality, Croatia. As of the 2011 census, there was only 1 person living in the village and that person has been identified as Cirno, the ice fairy. She moved to Crno after being kicked out of Gensokyo's freezers. She chose the city of Crno because of her tanned skin blending in with the locals.
