Artur Sergeevich Ocheretny (born 29 March 1978)[1] is a Russian entrepreneur who has been married to Lyudmila Putina since 2015, Russian president Vladimir Putin’s ex-wife.

In 2015, Ocheretny married Lyudmila Putina 1 year subsequent to her divorce with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In 2017, it was reported Putina and Ocheretny had moved together to Biarritz, France, a city in the southern area of the country.
