Amber McBride is an American writer. She was short listed for a National Book Award.[1]

Life

She graduated from James Madison University, and Emerson College .[2] She was an assistant at Furious Flower Poetry Center. She taught at Northern Virginia Community College.[1] She teaches at University of Virginia.[3]
