The Acrisure Classic is the final game of a four-team NCAA Division I college basketball multi-team event called the Acrisure Invitational. Three games are played at campus sites in the days leading up to Thanksgiving, and the event culminates with the Acrisure Classic, a nationally televised game on Thanksgiving Day. The inaugural event is scheduled to took place in 2023. Following the games at campus sites, the final game will be played at Acrisure Arena in Thousand Palms, California.[1]


It was announced the field would expand to a 16 team featuring 12 men's teams and 4 women's teams, which would play two five-day tournaments and 18 total games the week of Thanksgiving.[2]

The 2023 event featured Arizona and Michigan State meeting in the Acrisure Classic.[1] On-campus games of the Acrisure Invitational will be hosted by the team listed second below.[4] #3 Arizona defeated #21 Michigan State 74−68 in the inaugural game of the Acrisure Classic.[5]
