The 2024 USL League One season will be the sixth season of USL League One.

Twelve teams will participate in the 2024 season. Spokane Velocity FC will enter as an expansion team. North Carolina FC, having defeated the Charlotte Independence in the 2023 final, will leave to rejoin the USL Championship.[1][2][3] The regular season will start on March 9.[4]
