The 2023 World Karate Championships was held from 24 to 29 October 2023 in Budapest, Hungary.[1][2][3]
Iranian team's visa problems
The visas of 21 Iranian karateka were not issued for various reasons.[4] These karatekas were present in the men's kata and the women's committee[5].[6]
