Local elections were held in San Juan on May 13, 2013 within the Philippine general election. The voters elected for the elective local posts in the city: the mayor, vice mayor, the congressman, and the councilors, six of them in the two districts of the city.

Mayor Guia Gomez ran for second term. She faced independent candidates Glenn Angeles and Eduardo San Pascual.
Vice Mayor Francisco Javier "Francis" Zamora also ran for second term unopposed.[1]
Rep. JV Ejercito, former San Juan Mayor; declared his intention to ran in the Senate.[2] His party chosen Jana Ejercito, his cousin. Ejercito faced former Rep. Ronaldo "Ronny" Zamora, father of Vice Mayor Francisco Javier "Francis" Zamora.
