Bala Taleqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان بالا طالقان) is a former administrative division of Taleqan District in Savojbolagh County, Tehran province, Iran.[3]
At the 2006 census, its population was 6,609 in 1,932 households. The rural district had 31 villages, of which the largest was Dizan, with 570 inhabitants.[2]
The rural district was renamed Justan Rural District and became a part of Bala Taleqan District in the newly established Taleqan County of Alborz province.[3]
