Brooke's Point

Brooke's Point is a 1st class municipality in the province of Palawan, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has an estimated population of 66,374. The municipality has become famous for its promotion of ecotourism.
Brooke’s Point was named after the English adventurer James Brooke, who founded a dynasty of "White Rajahs" that ruled Sarawak, in Borneo, from 1841 to 1946.
