Lorraine Marie Tianco Badoy-Partosa,[1] also called Lorraine Badoy and sometimes Lorraine Partosa,[2] is a Filipino physician,[3] government official, and political figure best known for having been one of the spokespersons of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict,[4] and for being involved in various controversies relating to the practice of red-tagging in the Philippines.[5][6][7]

Badoy-Partosa was also Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO)[8] and Assistant Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.[9] She is the half-sister of advocacy leader and educator Gang Badoy[10] and the niece of former Cotabato City Mayor Ludovico Badoy.[11]

Prior to her appointment to government, Badoy-Partosa was known for being an avid supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte during his campaign.[12]

Civil complaints seeking P2 million in damages have been filed against Badoy-Partosa by activist Carol Araullo[13] and separately by her son, journalist Atom Araullo,[14] for Badoy-Partosa's repeated red-tagging of them in public. Atom Araullo decided not to file libel charges on Badoy-Partosa as he is against the criminalization of libel, which is used to harass legitimate media in the Philippines.[14]
