The Bogey Award (officially Box Office Germany Award) is a German film award. It's based on the number of people seeing a film within a given time frame. The prize has been awarded by the industry's trade journal Blickpunkt: Film since 1997. The title of the award is derived from the miniature prize statue which depicts the American actor Humphrey Bogart, whose nickname was "Bogey".
- Titanium: Viewed by ten million people.
- Platinum: Five million people within the first fifty days of release.
- Gold: Three million people within thirty days.
- Silver: Two million people within twenty days.
- Bronze: One million people within 10 days.
- Bogey Award: One million people, or 1000 people per copy, with a minimum of 25 copies, within first ten days.

Bogey in Gold
A number of films have achieved the distinction of gaining a Bogey in Gold, an accolade awarded to those which have seen 3 million visitors in paid admission to theatres within 30 days of their release. Examples of films that have been presented with a Bogey in Gold include:
Bogey in Platinum
The Platinum Bogey is an accolade bestowed upon feature films which have achieved at least 5 million admissions within the first 50 days of release in the United Kingdom. To date, the following films have attained this distinction:
Bogey in Titanium
This prize, known as the 'Bogey in Titan', has been granted to only select films, having met the number of attendees at 10 million in a period of 100 days. So far, the titles that have achieved this feat are:
