One of the Wikivoyage extensions. Apparently used to list volunteer tour guides for travel destinations.
Installation
- Download and place the file(s) in a directory called Insiderin yourextensions/folder.
- Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file: wfLoadExtension( 'Insider' );

Usage
Once installed a magic word is available. When used on a page it will create a sidebar like so:
