The HideSidebar extension suppresses displaying the sidebar to anonymous users.

Installation

• Download and place the file(s) in a directory called HideSidebar in your extensions/ folder.
• Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:

  wfLoadExtension( 'HideSidebar' );
  $wgEnableSidebarCache = false; # This extension disables it by default, but $wgEnableSidebarCache should never be set to true when this extension is in use.
  

•  Done – Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
