Program the board with the code in "Perfect Cell - Autosampler Testing"
-
Programming the board this way bypasses the modem and allows for automatic triggering upon resetting the open storm board without the use of the autosampler

Open Saleae Logic Analyzer. Then, connect the Logic Analyzer to the computer using USB
-
To ensure that the Logic Analyzer is connected to the computer, you should see a message at the top of the Saleae Logic Analyzer that says [Connected]. There should also be a blinking light coming from the Logic Analyzer (the light pictured is green, though any light emitting from the Logic Analyzer means it is connected)

Connect one of the probes (the colored wires attached to the Logic Analyzer) to the end of one of the headers (the piece of black plastic)
-
Once the probe is connected to the header, pull down on the header. Two small wires will come out
-
Keeping the header pulled down, attach the two wires at the end of the header to the desired wire to be tested
