Introduction
Problem: All lights and the horn have stopped working. However, the panel and motor function normally.
Cause: Faulty DC converter (converts the battery's 72V to 12V).
Solution: Replace the broken DC converter with a new one.

            Use the main power switch located under the seat to completely disconnect the energy supply. Make sure it's at the OFF position.

                  - 
            Identify and unscrew the fasteners securing the front cover of the scooter. There are six of them, reachable from the drivers' space.

                  - 
            Carefully remove the front cover, and look for a large component with an aluminum heat sink, attached with two screws. This is the DC converter.

            Detach its electrical connections and unscrew it from the scooter frame.

            Switch the scooter's energy back on. Turn on the scooter and check that the lights and horn are functioning properly.

Your lights and horn should now work as expected!
